Laura Kasper is President and CEO of Monarch Staffing, the certified woman-owned boutique staffing, training, recruiting, and HR consulting firm she founded in Delaware County in 2001. Today, Monarch Staffing serves the entire Philadelphia Tri-State region from offices in four counties. Change was the inspiration for her company’s name, and it remains a symbol for the positive impact Laura and her team have had on hundreds of individuals and organizations over the past two decades.

Kristen Struys is a communication professional and program manager. With a wealth of industry experience by partnering with small to multinational organizations, she provides a strategic consultative approach in every initiative she takes on. Her strong work ethic and “roll up your sleeves” attitude are two strengths that have aided in her career success.
The excitement to collaborate with Estelle on this series stems from two loves - bringing creative storytelling to her audience and empowering women and teens through development programs and events in order to help them rise personally and professionally.

Licensed Professional Counselor
Collin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey with a focus on developing practical skills to assist clients with their mental health needs through a warm, compassionate, supportive and empowering approach. Collin understands that with each client, needs differ, but the goal of finding our true, authentic selves is universal. As an LPC, he assists people of all walks of life find stability, support, and hope for the future through an affirmative lens - helping clients who struggle to find acceptance among their communities and within themselves.
