Kristen Struys is a communication professional and program manager. With a wealth of industry experience by partnering with small to multinational organizations, she provides a strategic consultative approach in every initiative she takes on. Her strong work ethic and “roll up your sleeves” attitude are two strengths that have aided in her career success. 

The excitement to collaborate with Estelle on this series stems from two loves - bringing creative storytelling to her audience and empowering women and teens through development programs and events in order to help them rise personally and professionally.

Collin is a Licensed Professional Counselor  (LPC) in the State of New Jersey with a focus on developing practical skills to assist clients with their mental health needs through a warm, compassionate, supportive and empowering approach.  Collin understands that with each client, needs differ, but the goal of finding our true, authentic selves is universal. As an LPC, he assists people of all walks of life find stability, support, and hope for the future through an affirmative lens - helping clients who struggle to find acceptance among their communities and within themselves. 

Collin operates from the perspective that everyone has something they want to achieve, something to attain, and everyone wants to believe growth is possible. Through the development of practical coping skills for depressive rumination using evidence-based therapy models, relaxation and mindfulness techniques for grief/trauma/anxiety, integrating physical exercise and nutrition, motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, narrative/expressive/creative therapy techniques, and various others, his goal is to tailor the approach to the clients’ needs using counseling training and expertise as guide.

Collin received his M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University where my focus was on attachment theory, LGBTQIA+ issues, and helping clients cope with chronic illness.

Tracey Hanton is the mother to 2 grown sons, Chris and David, David will be graduating from eastern Connecticut State University. She is Gigi to Kody Christopher( he's almost 5) and a god mother to 7!

Dr. Katherine Perez-Rivera, a licensed clinical psychologist, has over 20 years of experience working with people who are motivated to work on their well-being, ready to crush anxiety, determined to overcome depression, open to finding balance amongst the chaos, and unyielding in their pursuit to reach their goals.

She also dedicates herself to helping people process grief.  Dr. Perez-Rivera draws from the principles of positive psychology and combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with a humanistic approach as she engages people on their journey to process life.

Kelly is a business development manager with Hays Recruitment. Her career began in marketing before becoming a recruiter over ten years ago, where she has recruited for a vast array of industries and levels of seniority, from entry-level to c-suite positions. She has recruited for positions in Ireland, Australia, and the United States. Her current role as business development manager sees her build relationships with organizations to help support their recruitment needs.
